How does the program work?
The work of the RS2 Knee Module results in the simultaneous activation of a large number of muscles, becoming a means to achieve gains in muscle strength. It also causes:
- lowering the threshold for pain sensation in stretching exercises,
- improving local blood circulation and thus generating additional heat,
- stimulation of the Golgi tendon organs resulting in inhibition of contraction and subsequent relaxation of the muscles, which is also facilitated by the developed position adopted during knee therapy.

Dressed in loose-fitting, pressure-free clothing, the user lays down in a comfortable position on the Vitberg RS2 in the chosen position, paying attention to a relaxed posture and comfortable adjustment of body positioning details. He or she then starts the Knee therapy programme. The duration of the treatment is 30 minutes.
